Reverend William M. Barnett, Jr.,
Senior Pastor

The Reverend William M. Barnett Jr. grew up in the city of Baltimore, Maryland.  At age 18 Reverend Barnett answered the call to Christian Ministry and preached his trial sermon.  Reverend Barnett was ordained both Deacon and Elder in the A.M.E. Zion Church.    During his time as a pastor, Reverend Barnett founded several churches including the New Life A.M.E. Zion Church of Brockton, Ma., the Christ Temple A.M.E. Zion Church, and Faith Covenant Fellowship Ministries in Burlington Township, NJ, where he currently serves as the Senior Pastor.

Pastor Bill has been joyously married for many years to Reverend Dr. Joanne Jones Barnett, and he is the father of one son, Justin Christopher Barnett.  Reverend Barnett holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Educational Administration & Collaborative Leadership from Drexel University.  He is a retired teacher from the Pemberton Township Schools.  Reverend Barnett is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.  His leisure activities include playing classical piano, cycling, and weight lifting.

Pastor Bill receives his greatest joy in watching people’s lives change through the gospel of Jesus Christ.  His favorite scripture is Matthew 6:33 “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these other things shall be added unto you.

Rev. Dr. Joanne A. Jones Barnett
Administrative Pastor

Pastor, preacher, teacher, counselor, administrator, mentor, wife, and mother are all words used to describe. Reverend Dr. Joanne Audrey Jones Barnett, fondly called Pastor J.  She is the Administrative Pastor of Faith Covenant Fellowship Ministry (FCFM) in Burlington, New Jersey. Serving alongside her husband of 48 years, Senior Pastor Reverend William Barnett, Jr., Pastor J is committed to proclaiming the gospel, transforming lives, strengthening families, and fostering spiritual growth within their community.

Pastor J answered God’s call early in life, dedicating herself to ministry through preaching, teaching, and advocacy. Her lifelong passion for Christian education has led her to teach and mentor children, youth, and adults at local, national, and international levels. Whether speaking from the pulpit, leading a seminar, or teaching in a classroom, Pastor J’s mission is to empower individuals through education, equipping them to lead productive, fulfilled, and abundant lives in Christ.

She has ministered extensively across the United States and internationally, preaching and teaching at retreats, seminars, and worship services in countries such as Egypt and Ghana. She is also a dedicated advocate for justice, addressing the societal barriers that hinder people from living the lives God desires for them.

Pastor J is a career educator with significant experience in both K-12 and higher education. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and her Master of Theological Studies in New Testament Studies from Boston University School of Theology. She completed her Ph.D. studies at Brown University in the History of Religion, specializing in Early Christianity.  She has received numerous scholarships, fellowships and awards.  Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to complete advanced studies at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education in 2016, earning a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational and Organizational Leadership.

In addition to her ministry, Pastor J is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Partner of The Center for Digital Learning Research, Design, and Resources, a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing education through innovative digital tools and strategies.  She is a member of numerous civic and professional organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Her greatest joy is her family, especially her son, Justin, whom she considers a miracle and gift from God. Pastor J’s faith has also been deepened through personal trials, including being healed from cancer three times—a testimony of God’s grace and power in her life.

Pastor J’s life exemplifies excellence in service to God, believing that He always deserves her best. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for others to grow spiritually and achieve their God-given potential. Under her leadership, FCFM continues to thrive as a beacon of hope, transformation, and community impact.

Pastor J identifies herself as a servant leader on assignment from God to transform lives through preaching and teaching. Guided by Proverbs 3:5-6, she trusts in the Lord wholeheartedly, acknowledging God in all her ways to direct her paths.

  • Rev. Gerri Kennedy

    Rev. Gerri Kennedy is a devoted minister with deep roots in Burlington County, NJ. As a single mother, she lovingly raised five children, two of whom have passed on, finding inspiration for her ministry in their lives. Her journey in faith led her to accept her call to ministry in 1991 under the leadership of the late Bishop Barbara A. Davis at Christian Community Chapel Church in Mt. Holly, NJ. Throughout her ministry, Rev. Kennedy has been passionate about working with youth, feeding the hungry, and ministering to her community. Known for her unwavering faith and bold proclamation that “Jesus saves,” she touches the lives of everyone she meets.

    In 2003, she accepted her Deacon orders and was ordained as an Elder. Today, she continues her service as one of the ministers at Fatih Covenant Fellowship Ministry, where she remains a beacon of faith and love. One of her favorite scriptures, Psalm 100:4-5, reflects her enduring spirit of praise and gratitude:

    "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations."

  • Rev. Katrina Hardee Brown

    Rev. Katrina Hardee-Brown, a native of southern New Jersey, graduated from Moorestown High School in 2009. She is a proud mother of three—Kyri, Antonio, and Ari—who are the light of her life.

    A founding member of Faith Covenant Fellowship Ministry, Katrina answered her call to ministry at just 18 and was ordained to the deaconate in 2017. She is a dedicated Executive Administrator and, in 2020, launched KHB Administrative Services, offering virtual assistant solutions during the pandemic. In 2024, she earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from Cornell University.

    Katrina's ministry is distinguished by her ability to teach practical applications of Godly principles. A passionate worshiper and intercessor, she has served in various roles, including leading the youth ministry and facilitating the FCFM women’s group, Sisters In the Spirit.

    Her favorite scripture, Psalm 91:11, reflects her enduring faith: "For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." Through every challenge, she walks with the hope that her journey will inspire and bless others, leaving a legacy of faith and transformation.

  • Rev. Stephanie Hardee

    Rev. Stephanie Hardee, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, relocated to southern New Jersey as a teenager—a place she continues to call home. She is a devoted mother to four beautiful daughters and a proud grandmother to six wonderful grandchildren, who are the light of her life.

    Her spiritual journey reflects a deep, evolving commitment to faith. Driven by a desire to understand Christianity more deeply, she explored various denominational church organizations before finding her spiritual home in 1999 with Pastors William M. Barnett Jr. and Joanne A. Jones Barnett. Stephanie is a founding member of Faith Covenant Fellowship Ministry, where her servant's heart has flourished.

     Stephanie's contributions to the ministry are numerous and diverse. From the beginning, she offered her gifts selflessly, serving on the praise and worship team and teaching Sunday school. Her call to ministry became clear in 2013 when she preached her trial sermon. In 2017, she was ordained into the Diaconate, and in 2022, she was consecrated as a deaconess. Each step in her spiritual journey underscores her commitment to service and faith.

    Rev. Stephanie's guiding scripture is Proverbs 3:5-7: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil.”

    Her life and ministry stand as a testament to unwavering faith, humble service, and the transformative power of God’s love.

  • Rev. Gina Adams

    Rev. Gina R. Adams was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, and raised in Palmyra, NJ. She is a proud mother of four and a grandmother of four.  Rev. Adams’ spiritual journey began early in life. She attended Westfield Friends School for elementary education and graduated from Palmyra High School. Raised in the Mt. Zion AME Church, she accepted Christ at the age of 12.   Over the years, she was actively involved in various church ministries, including the choir, usher board, and the Young People’s Department.

    Rev. Adams pursued higher education with a BS from Boston University in 1990 and an MS from Thomas Edison State College in 2003. Her theological training included completing the Volunteers of America Ecclesiastical Study Commission Minister Study in 2000 and the Ordination Project (Prayer Guide) in 2012. She was officially ordained by Volunteers of America in 2012.

    Her formal call to ministry came during her time as a Commissioned Minister with Volunteers of America. While attending training at Duke Divinity School, she experienced a profound revelation that shaped her understanding of ministry. It was there that she discerned service as a holy vocation, inspiring her to dedicate her life to serving others in the name of Christ.

    Throughout her ministry, Rev. Adams has demonstrated a deep commitment to service, empowerment, and prayer. She currently serves as a minister at Faith Covenant Fellowship Ministry and previously served as a minister with Volunteers of America in Collingswood, NJ, from 2000 to 2012. Her ministry has always been focused on sharing the love and light of Christ through acts of kindness and care.

    Rev. Adams’ ministry philosophy is centered on the belief that the Bible is God’s inspired Word and that love is an active, transformative force. She is passionate about reaching out to those in need, empowering families, and guiding others through prayer.

  • Rev. Rita McMillon

    Rev. Rita McMillon has dedicated her life to serving and uplifting others. She is happily married to the love of her life, John McMillon Sr., and together they have been blessed with two adult children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

    A retired medical assistant, Rev. McMillon has been ordained to the diaconate at FCFM and consecrated a Deaconess and has recently expanded her ministry by becoming a Christian Life Coach. She finds great joy in leading senior ministry at F.C.F.M. offering wisdom, guidance, and care to those she serves.

    The scripture that guides her life is Matthew 11:28-30: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

    Rev. McMillon’s faith, love, and service continue to inspire and bless those around her.
